  • Contact the Customer Service department at 1-800 663-627

  • Exact location of your property (civic number, lot number or 911 address)
  • You will be informed of any fees associated with the work you are making.

After this, NB Power will provide you with a NB Power work order number as a reference. Make sure to provide this number to your electrician if you are building a new home!
