How to change your address with the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation?

To change your address with the MPAC, you need to submit a request in writing that includes the following information:

  • the 19-digit roll number or property location indicated on the Property Assessment Notice;
  • the property owner’s full name;
  • the new mailing address to which the Property Assessment Notice and any other correspondence from MPAC should be directed; and
  • a daytime contact phone number.

What you should know!

If someone else (i.e. not the property owner) is making the request for you, a Representative Authorization form of Letter of Authorization is also required!
